Shipping policy

All orders will ship within five (5) business days of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email you provided during check out. 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service. 

Estimated delivery time frame is 3 - 5 business days from ship date not order date depending on the packages final destination. 

Delivery time frames are an estimate and Be-Dazzled custom Designs does not guarantee delivery date.  Be-Dazzled Custom Designs is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays by the shipping company and unfortunately cannot refund shipping cost for delayed shipments. 

If you have not received your package but, it shows delivered please contact your USPS or UPS facility. We should be notified within 21 days of non-receipt of package. 

 Be-Dazzled Custom Designs is not responsible for orders that were submitted with the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all of your information is accurate before submitting your order. If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package within 2 business days, the item is the property of Be-Dazzled custom Designs, no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. 

You can not pick up online orders. We do not deliver.
